I did this for Merry Prankster Ken Babbs for his Skypilot Club. Babbs has a new novel out in spring 2011, Who Shot the Water Buffalo? from Overlook Press. Notice "Blundur" is spelled two different ways. "Spell the way that pleases thee", wrote Dr Johnson. It pleases me to follow the doctor's sage advice.
